Refund Policy

​Refund period

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanges within 30 days from the date of despatch.

If you choose to return your item outside of the 14 day refund period, a refund will not be offered unless the product is faulty.

The returns and exchange period extends for the festive period, with any purchases made from 1st November, returnable until the 10th of January the following year.

Returns procedure

 

If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased from this website for a refund, please enclose a copy of your email order confirmation as proof of purchase alongside your order in its original condition and packaging.

 

Please state whether you would like a refund or to exchange your item, along with the desired exchange item SKU code.

All communication regarding your order will be undertaken using the email address provided at point of purchase. Refunds are processed based on the original transaction and cannot be redirected to another person. Items given as gifts can be exchanged if they are received in their original unopened and unused condition.

 

Please ensure you send your parcel using a service that offers insurance for the item value and proof of postage to protect your goods in transit. We cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in post.

Faulty items

 

A full refund or exchange will be provided should you receive a faulty item. We strive to accurately communicate sizes and material finishes of products across the website. Replacements or refunds for items do not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. 


 

Hygiene 

Items such as earrings that are not faulty but are subject to hygiene restrictions cannot be returned or exchanged. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights. 

Delivery costs

Any original delivery costs paid by customer or costs for returning items to be refunded or exchanged will not be refunded. Where faulty items are replaced with like, the secondary postage cost is not charged.

Product availability​

Replacement of faulty goods and product exchanges are subject to availability. Where requested items are not available, your order will be refunded if within 14 days of despatch or you will be contacted to suggest a suitable exchange or information of waiting times for the availability of the requested item.
