Aisha

Aisha was introduced to Articulate through her social worker and attended some of Made with Care's first workshops at in COLAB on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow. Aged 13 at the time, Aisha would come along every week, often early and excited to see what we had planned.

After finding a love for marbling, Aisha worked closely with artists to develop various variations of the design, including beautiful textiles to be made into cushions. This product is still the most loved in our collection and Aisha takes great pride in being the originator of the marble-effect product line.

Aisha is now attending college but keeps in touch regularly with Articulate and has recently come up with some new marble designs for a range of children's clothing.

Nicole

Nicole has been an integral part of Articulate since its inception, as a participant in Track - a songwriting and music production project - then moving into various leadership roles.

She can turn her hand to anything, with creativity and talent running through her veins. Her writing will stop you in your tracks. She writes deep, poignant prose that encourages the reader to consider things from a lived experience point of view.

Nicole was the host of the first Made with Care exhibition, working in the studio at the time and being the face of the organisation and the brand. She encouraged us to consider the bigger picture, as always and to realise the potential of Made with Care. She continues to do so today.
